During periods of high order volume (Christmas, Black Friday, sales, special promotions, etc.), delivery times may vary. During promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, delivery time may be extended up to 7 business days.
Any change or modification to the delivery address after shipment will be the customer's responsibility, so if you want to change it, email us at hello@smollrepublic.com as soon as possible.
The courier company will make several delivery attempts, and the customer will receive a notification in the event of absence to arrange a new delivery. If the courier company returns the package to the sender after several failed delivery attempts, the customer will bear the new shipping costs.
If you receive your order incomplete, incorrect, or with any manufacturing defect, you must let us know as soon as possible (within 48 business hours of receiving the order) so that we can proceed to resolve it.
We strongly recommend that you do not use them during any activity that may cause contact with moisture or friction (i.e. washing hands, sleeping, and showering) to maintain their attractive shine and prolong their life.
