Returns & Exchanges
EXCHANGES
At SMOLL republic, our customers' satisfaction is the most important thing, so we take it very seriously to ensure that every piece you buy in our stores has never been used before.
As a result, hygiene is a fundamental factor when it comes to costume jewelry and/or items that come into direct contact with the skin.
We are very strict with exchanges for this reason, and our customers understand this as one more effort to ensure they receive a very well-cared-for item with the highest hygiene guarantees.
For those same hygiene reasons, NO exchanges are made on earrings under any circumstances.
If your pieces do not quite convince you or you prefer them in another size or color, you have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request your exchange.
Accepted options to qualify for an exchange:
· Size and/or color exchange.
· Exchange for another product of equal or greater value.
To make an exchange, send an email to hello@smollrepublic.com indicating:
1. Order number.
2. Reason for exchange.
3. The item(s) you want to exchange and for which one(s).
As soon as we receive your email and approve the exchange, we will provide you with the address of our offices so you can send us the order to be exchanged. If you want to exchange a product for a different one of a different amount, the difference must be paid by bank transfer.
In all cases, the item to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging and labeling intact, properly packed and correctly protected. Products that have been used, as well as those damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence, will not be accepted. If so, no exchange can be made.
All costs associated with an exchange will be borne by the buyer, unless the items were delivered in poor condition.
We are not responsible for exchanges that do not reach our offices, so we recommend sending the order by certified mail.
RETURNS
We generally do not accept returns, only in the exceptional case that you have received a defective product.
If so, you must notify us at hello@smollrepublic.com within 24 hours of receiving the order (including a photo). Once notified, we will tell you the procedure to follow. Upon receipt of the return, another identical item will be sent at no additional cost to the customer.
BREAKAGES
In the event that an item is broken by the customer, we offer a repair service at that customer's expense. For more information, please send an email to hello@smollrepublic.com
