During times with high volume of orders (Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, Special Promotions, etc.) delivery times may vary. In promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber ​​Monday the delivery time can be extended up to 7 working days .

Any change or modification of the delivery address after shipment will be the responsibility of the customer, so if you wish to change it, send us an email to hello @slowrepublic.es as soon as possible.

The courier company will make several delivery attempts and the customer will receive a notification in case of absence to arrange a new delivery. In the event that the courier company returns the package to the sender due to several failed delivery attempts, the customer will bear the new shipping costs.

In the event that you receive your order incomplete, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us as soon as possible ( within 48 working hours from receipt of the order ) so that we can proceed to solve it.
